Rates farmhouse Poderino Casale Marittimo

The Farmhouse il Poderino is made up of a central unit composed of:
Apartment 1 on the ground floor for 6 people: three double rooms – with private bathroom – common room with fireplace and kitchen. Access from
Apartment 3 on the first floor for 6 people: three double rooms – with private bathroom – large kitchen and terrace. The first floor can be reached via an indoor staircase or an outdoor staircase in the case of the exclusive use of one of the two apartments.
Apartment 2 on the ground floor for 3/5 people:  there is an adjacent but non-communicating apartment with a large double room, a single room, a kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed and a bathroom.
The special features of ‘il Poderino’ are modularity and flexibility, to satisfy any request.

a) Bed and Breakfast
The six double bedrooms in the central unit can be used for bed and breakfast accommodation.
Prices : 30 to 50 euros per person
Prices are in euros for bed and breakfast accommodation per room per person with Italian buffet breakfast included.

b) Apartments
Three ground floor rooms, with kitchen-lounge and fireplace, make up the apartment marked as 1.
The apartment has a private entrance from the ground floor.
The three first floor rooms, with kitchen and terrace, are the apartment marked as 3
The apartment has a front entrance on the first floor or – in the case of exclusive use – access from an external stairway with landing.

The small ground floor apartment – next to but non-communicating with apartment 1 – is marked as 2.

Prices:
Apartament 1 – for 6 people - from 850 to 1.300 euros a week
Apartament 3 - for 6 people - from 750 to 1.200 euros a week
Apartament 2 - for 3 people - from 500 to 900 euros a week

Prices are in euros per weekly rate.
Rates are indicative : availability depends on season, duration of stay, number of people in a group and availability.

Rates include:
- initial and final cleaning service
- bed and bathroom linen
- fees and charges
- weekly linen change
- tax included
- use of common areas, pool (summer only)

c) Rent of the whole house
Groups of 15 people
To be agreed upon with Management. 

General Information:
Rooms available from 3pm day of arrival until 930am day of departure.
Apartments available from 3pm day of arrival until 930am day of departure.
Check in time 3 - 7 pm - Orari check out 8 - 9:30 am
Late check-in depending on availability
For stays longer than a week discuss with management.
A 30% non refoundable deposit is required to confirm booking.
In case of multiple booking requests, those confirmed with proof of deposit payment shall take priority.
Free baby cots for 0-2 years old available upon request when booking.

In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:
- from 29 days to 10 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- from 9 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- from 3 days to no show 100% of the total amount
Only written communications shall be considered valid.
The money transferred before arrival won't be returned.

Pet–friendly accommodation. Guests are kindly invited to specify at time of booking.

- Pool available for La Gelinda B&B guests also. From June to September.
