La Fattoria

The Fattoria della Gioiosa is composed of two distinct structures, La Gelinda and Il Poderino.


The Gelinda was built in the Gioiosa estate, located in the village of Casale Marittimo. It's an old 17th century stone building and has six rooms, including three suites, each with its own style and atmosphere.

The Poderino instead is a whole farmhouse located at the foot of the village of Casale and it consists of:
- Ground floor: three double bedrooms - all en suite - common room with fireplace and kitchen.
- First floor: three double bedrooms - all en suite - large kitchen and terrace.
(The upper floor is accessible via an internal staircase or an external staircase in case of exclusive use of one of the two apartments)
- Ground floor: adjacent but not communicating, a small apartment with one double room, a single room, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom.
The peculiarity of Poderino consists in its scalability and flexibility to meet every demand, from the formula apartment, to b&b, to renting the entire house.


Our accommodation is located in Casale Marittimo (Pisa), not far from the places of tourist interest in Tuscany
