In 1955, a particularly cold winter caused a tragic freeze drying that did 90% of the olive trees that covered almost entirely of the estate and the new mechanical mill, just opened, he could never become operational.
Constance Mussi is dedicated to survivors and recover the olive trees to build new ulivete that recreated the conditions existing before the winter of '55.
Today the farm produces an oil with IGP superior taste extraordinary, obtained by cold pressing of the olives harvested by the many plants of Moraioli, Maurists, Leccino and millers that again cover the land of Poderino.
